Your first inquiry
The short inquiry form asks for your name, email and general mortgage goal. An additional note is optional. We use this information to understand and respond to your request. The form uses Fluent Forms on this WordPress site; the submission is stored in the website’s form records. Website administrators and people handling your inquiry may access those records.
Submitting an inquiry is permission to respond about that inquiry. It does not sign you up for marketing or authorize a credit check. Newsletter subscription is a separate choice.
Keep sensitive documents on the secure path
Do not put a Social Insurance Number, banking password, identification document, tax return or complete financial statement in the inquiry form, ordinary email, chat or social messages. Use the document process provided for your mortgage application. The secure application link takes you to the existing Newton Velocity service; review its privacy information before entering financial details.
Booking, chat and other services
Choosing to book opens the existing Koalendar booking service. The website also uses Chatway for live chat, and links to WhatsApp, the mortgage app and social platforms. Information you provide to an external service is handled under that service’s terms and privacy information. Their services may use cookies or process information outside your province or Canada.
Website usage
The site uses Google Site Kit and Google Analytics. These services may process website usage, device and cookie information according to the site’s consent configuration. The added funnel events contain only the step name and page language; they do not include form answers, contact details, calculator values or financial documents. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not added to those events.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry information is kept as needed to respond, maintain the relevant business record and meet applicable obligations. Records associated with a mortgage application follow the brokerage’s retention requirements. Contact us to request access or correction, ask about retention, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
To withdraw newsletter consent, use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. For a question about a mortgage application record, contact Hanif so the request can be directed to the appropriate brokerage process. Do not include sensitive documents in a privacy inquiry.
